Shipping
Shipping is available within Canada only. All orders ship via Canada Post. Shipping cost is a flat rate per order: $15 to ship to Ontario and $20 to ship the rest of Canada.
Orders are processed within 1-3 days.
Orders are not processed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Exchange Policy
Please note we do not offer refunds, exchange or credit only.
We will happily exchange any items within 7 days from the date your order was placed or date of purchase at a show, as long as the garment(s) is unwashed, unworn, unaltered and the hangtag and care content labels are still attached.
We Do not refund any shipping fees.
Scarves and accessories are final sale.
All SALE items are final sale.
To exchange an item please e-mail us at info@jexyandjax.com. We will then process the exchange and e-mail back all the necessary information. Please note you must provide us with the original receipt.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to us.
Product Guarantee Policy
Thank you for shopping at Jexy & Jax. We have a 30-day guarantee with all garments. Within 30 days if you find a defect, we will gladly REPAIR the item. An original receipt or proof of purchase will be needed in order to process a claim. Please e-mail info@jexyandjax.com to process a claim. Please note you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping back to us.
Please note we do not repair damages (holes, rips etc.)
